Pure Creative’s art prints are printed to order. We will print your picture, check it for quality, carefully package it and send it so that under normal circumstances you receive it within 5–7 working days if you live in the UK, or within 2 to 3 weeks if you live outside the UK (depending on the country), although it's usually much quicker, both in the UK and abroad.

 

Greetings cards and postcards will be sent out within 2–3 working days.

 

Items up to A3 size are sent out in sturdy envelopes and supplied flat. Items larger than A3 are sent out rolled into cardboard tubes.

 

In the unlikely event that items arrive damaged, please let us know within 48 hours.

 

Standard delivery is by first class post. A proof of posting is always acquired at this end. You will have the option to upgrade the standard postage to 'signed for' in the UK, and “tracked & signed for" in the case of international orders if you wish. Please contact hello@purecreative.design if you require this.

 

Items can be shipped to any country. Please note that customers outside the UK will be responsible for paying any international duties, customs or any other fees. All goods that are leaving the UK are exported with full documentation and notification to the United Kingdom Customs and Excise Service.
