Pure Creative is committed to providing high quality goods and customer satisfaction.
If you received items other than what you ordered or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, you can email us a digital photo of the incorrect or damaged or item and its packaging to hello@purecreative.design. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 14 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know when you will receive your replacement or refund. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.
We may request the items be returned to us. You will be provided with instructions how to do this, and you will be refunded any shipping or associated costs on production of proof of posting and mailing costs incurred.
Other returns
If your item has arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, you must notify us of your intention to do so within 14 days of receiving it. Please inform us of your intent to return by e-mail to hello@purecreative.design stating your order number and the reason for returning.
Your item must then be returned within the next 14 days in order to qualify for a refund of the item cost and standard delivery cost. Return postage costs to us under these circumstances will not be refunded by us.
To return an item, please pack it in its original packaging and include the completed Return Instructions Form which accompanied your order. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. Please obtain and keep a proof of posting in the event the package does not arrive back with us.
